Main Floor Gathering Spaces
Perfect for cocktail receptions or intimate ceremonies—with two spacious sitting rooms, elegant entry and parlor areas, plus a dedicated dining room outfitted with both 6' and 8' tables, and a display hutch.
Comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests.
Second & Third Floors
Includes six beautifully appointed suites (eight separate beds total), including a honeymoon suite and special dressing spaces for wedding parties. Ideal for both your stay and pre-event preparation.
Each suite can be rented individually or separately to accommodate the different events. There are discounts for full house rentals.
Outdoor Garden Areas
Enjoy lush greenery, a koi pond, and Southern porches for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or casual gatherings under the East Texas sky.
Victorian Archway for use during weddings or elopements with approx 1 acre of open space for seating, dancing, and outdoor catering.
Bridal Suites Available
Separate bridal and groom suites for preparation for weddings.
Additional packages can be added to each suite. Such as a charcuterie board for the guys and mini fruit galette for the ladies.

Tables & Seating
On-site tables and seating include: 50 folding chairs, seven 60" round tables, four 6’ rectangular tables,
four cocktail tables, a 6’ dining table with 4 chairs plus window seating, an 8’ dining table with 10 chairs,
and an antique round cocktail table. Plus more.
